This policy explains how Kaleidoscope Tech LLC handles information through the website, LinkedIn access flow, software download portal, and related support.
Information We Collect
- LinkedIn account identifiers, display name, email address, authentication tokens protected by the website, and first-degree connection count when LinkedIn makes that permission available.
- Download access state, legal-document versions accepted, product and release selected, download authorization events, timestamps, browser information, and a privacy-protected hash derived from the requesting IP address.
- Messages and contact details you choose to submit through the contact form.
- Operational logs generated by Azure hosting, storage, security, and monitoring services.
How We Use Information
- Authenticate users and protect release downloads.
- Record informed acceptance of software terms.
- Securely deliver software and investigate abuse, failed downloads, and security incidents.
- Operate, improve, support, and protect the website and related services.
- Comply with legal obligations and enforce agreements.
LinkedIn Data
We do not receive or store your LinkedIn password and do not scrape your profile or connections list. When a release requires an account check, we request only the first-degree connection count needed for that check.
Sharing
We do not sell personal information. We may share information with service providers that host, secure, monitor, or operate the service, or when required by law or necessary to protect rights, safety, and security.
Retention
Account, consent, and security records are retained only as reasonably necessary for access administration, audit, dispute resolution, legal compliance, and abuse prevention. Storage diagnostic logs follow the configured Azure retention policy.
Security
We use access controls, encryption in transit, protected credentials, private software storage, short-lived download links, and operational logging. No system can guarantee absolute security.
Your Choices
You may sign out, decline the terms, or contact us to request access, correction, or deletion of personal information, subject to applicable legal and operational retention requirements.
